We are pleased to announce a course on the popular Neuroimage analysis package, Freesurfer. This will be an intensively interactive course that will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of functional and structural brain image analysis using Freesurfer. Lectures will be interleaved with hands-on practical sessions that will give the attendees an experience of carrying out the analysis on real data. The lectures will be held by the developers of the Freesurfer package from the Laboratory for Computational Neuroimaging of the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging.
The course will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark between August 10th and 12th, 2016. This course will be organized by the Neurobiology Research Unit, Copenhagen University Hospital in collaboration with the Laboratory of Computational Neuroimaging of the Athinoula A. Martinos center for Biomedical Imaging.
